Job Description
The selected candidate will lead our contract negotiation process, collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives, and ensure regulatory compliance. They will also advise on risk management, draft and review legal documents, and manage external counsel as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have 1-3 years PQE, extensive experience in contract negotiations, a strong understanding of commercial law, and excellent communication skills. Experience in international law (US & UK) is desirable.
