We provide comprehensive training to our Customer Engineers, enabling them to support technology that is relied upon daily for semiconductor chip manufacturing. You'll collaborate closely with global customers to install, maintain, and upgrade their Applied Materials equipment, delivering exceptional support for advanced production systems.
- Assist senior engineers with installing leading-edge customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrading equipment
- Follow procedures learned during training, as well as published task plans, to test equipment and diagnose/resolve technical problems
- Complete required job documentation, safety training, and procedures for processing parts
- Represent Applied Materials professionally to the customer, adopting a 'customer first' mindset
- Meet company and customer on-site requirements, including safety, environmental, and COVID-19 guidelines
