We are a leading financial institution with a strong presence in the public sector. We administrate 152 Union sponsored salary deducted AVC schemes, covering roughly 80% of our business book. Our team of experienced professionals provides expert guidance to clients, helping them achieve their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and upselling existing customer benefit packages, working to key performance indicators (KPIs) and meeting sales targets, and setting up appointments for the Financial Advisors on your team. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing expert guidance, and helping them achieve their financial objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have one year of sales experience and a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs. You should be comfortable making calls, listening to clients, building solutions, and working to targets. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits Package
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including inclusion in the Company Pension Scheme after year one, inclusion in the Company Life Cover Scheme after year one, and an education bursary of up to €6,000 towards qualifying as a Financial Planner (QFA & CFP exams). This is a hybrid-based role, with time split between office and home. Full-time attendance in the office is required for the first 4-5 weeks for training and induction purposes.
