Job Title: Assistant Support Worker/Social Care Worker
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Support Worker or Social Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with complex needs. This may include supporting daily plans, community activities, education, and personal outcomes. Your goal will be to empower our service users to reach their full potential and live meaningful lives.
