Job Description:- Support and guide the team in the effective maintenance and continuous improvements of production, utility (Clean and Black) equipment/systems and site facilities.
- Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Build strong relationships with team members through regular one-to-one meetings and effective performance management.
We require a highly skilled professional with a strong background in maintenance planning and project management. A Min Level 7 Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent training/experience is essential. A minimum of 10+ years' experience within the Pharma, Biopharma sector or Med Device is also required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Min Level 7 Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent training/experience
- Minimum 10+ years' experience within the Pharma, Biopharma sector or Med Device
