Job Description:
  1. Support and guide the team in the effective maintenance and continuous improvements of production, utility (Clean and Black) equipment/systems and site facilities.
  2. Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to improve efficiency and quality.
  3. Build strong relationships with team members through regular one-to-one meetings and effective performance management.

We require a highly skilled professional with a strong background in maintenance planning and project management. A Min Level 7 Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent training/experience is essential. A minimum of 10+ years' experience within the Pharma, Biopharma sector or Med Device is also required.

Qualifications and Skills:
