Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee multi-disciplinary projects, lead design processes, manage contracts and commercial aspects, mentor junior team members, develop tender proposals, and lead bids to secure new business.

About the Role

This is a high-profile opportunity for a Chartered Engineer or working towards it, with a strong engineering background, passion for innovative design, and ability to collaborate with top clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation to delivery, leading design processes and development of solutions, managing contracts and commercial aspects to ensure project success, mentoring junior team members, developing tender proposals, and leading bid teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Leadership of design processes and development of innovative solutions.
  • Management of contracts and commercial aspects to ensure project success.
  • Mentorship of junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Development of tender proposals and leadership of bid teams to secure new business.
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering (Level 8/9) with 5+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally within a consultancy setting.
  • Experience delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
