Our Supply Chain professional will make an impact by ensuring the Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP) is kept accurate and aligned with the latest information along the end to end supply chain.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  1. Ensure the accuracy and alignment of SAP with the latest information along the end to end supply chain.
  2. Develop and actively manage supply plans (inventory, distribution, manufacturing & packaging) through the end to end supply chain for assigned molecules.
  3. Identify Molecules with long term supply constraints that will result in out of stock products. Create and drive allocation plans per the allocation process. Refresh and communicate allocation plans monthly.
  4. Manage affiliate customer queries by providing up-to-date information and expediting product to market in out of stock or potential out of stock situations.
  5. Answer customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Maintain accurate Out of Stock & Potential out of stock database.
  7. Manage Out of stock calls.
  8. Ensure that Global Supply Planning Key Performance Indicators are managed.
  9. Out of stock product management by reason code.
  10. Align actual inventory with target inventory position using effective working capital (Safety Stock).
  11. Schedule adherence for Mylan Plants.
  12. DIFOT (Delivery In Full & On Time) for external vendors.
  13. Order Book Accuracy.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • 3-4 years relevant supply chain/manufacturing experience.
  • Qualification in a Business Related discipline or Supply Chain is an advantage but not essential.
  • Previous SAP experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems is essential.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Strive for continuous improvement.
  • Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
