We are seeking a skilled and motivated Makeup Artist to join our team. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our brand and products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing key selling skills
  • Confidently promote the brand and products to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty
  • Create and develop relationships with customers by providing exemplary service
  • Drive appointments and bookings to meet target goals
  • Support the development of retail assistant colleagues on artistry basics and skillset

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possess strong selling skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
  • A high level of flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is ideal

Requirements:

  • Makeup Artistry experience (2-4 years)
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and products within
  • Familiarity with the BPerfect brand
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
