Job Summary

This role plays a vital part in championing employee satisfaction by effectively applying HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR function to establish operational standards and procedures.
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately and HR programs and processes are administered efficiently.
  • Verify required documentation, troubleshoot transactional processes, and maintain accurate records through scanning/filing systems.
  • Generate letters, contracts, correspondence, forms, and other HR-related documents as needed.
  • Support Senior Leaders with queries related to HR systems and direct customers to additional resources.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Relevant business or HR qualifications are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs is required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are crucial.
  • Organizational aptitude, good follow-up skills, and strong coordination abilities are necessary.
  • Active listening, teamwork, effective problem-solving, and a results-driven approach are highly valued.
