About the Role:- Lead commercial strategy across multiple divisions from go-to-market planning to closing high-value deals and growing key accounts.
- Directly work with C-suite decision-makers in complex, high-value environments.
- Drive market presence through events, partnerships, and industry networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business development cycle strategies, pipelines, conversions, and account growth.
- Prioritize growth plans across sectors and service lines.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Secure large-scale contracts with major clients.
- Monitor performance for accurate forecasting and CRM excellence.
We Seek:
- Proven experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
- A strong track record of building pipelines and closing complex deals with top organizations.
- Expertise in engaging and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic vision.
- Familiarity with public sector, utilities, financial services, manufacturing, or infrastructure industries.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and data-driven sales management.
