About the Role:

Orchard Care Group Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to support colleagues nationwide in providing services to those who we care for.

This role offers a hybrid model of working within a well-resourced team based in our offices. As a trusted consultant, you will be immersed in all facets of HR operations, including policy advisory and employee relations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR advice to Line Managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle, ensuring advice is legally compliant and aligned with company policy & procedure.
  2. Support employee relations and internal communications activities, aligning and implementing policies and procedures across the organisation.
  3. Implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the HR Information System across the organisation, extracting and analysing data as required.
  4. Undertake projects relating to a range of HR disciplines as assigned by the Group Director of Human Resources.
