Key Position: Project Manager

About the Role:

This is a crucial project management position that oversees new developments for large commercial and residential projects across Dublin City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements. They will liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme, report to the Contracts Manager, and direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.

The role requires effective management of site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint, along with excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme
  • Report to the Contracts Manager
  • Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in ROI
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills
