Job Description
  • This role involves leading and implementing top-tier health, safety, and environmental practices on major construction projects.
  • As a Construction Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and standards.
  • You will conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in delivering safety training programs.
  • This position requires collaboration with main contractors to ensure a cohesive approach to site safety.
  • Manage and maintain ISO14001 & ISO45001 certifications, ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed safety reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead incident investigations and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
  • Valid Full Driving License: Essential.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English: Required.
  • EHS Qualifications: Must be qualified to work on major construction sites in Ireland.
  • Main Contractor Experience: Proven track record working with main contractors in Ireland.
  • ISO Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage or implement ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards.
