This is a key role for an Electrical Hardware Development Lead, where you will drive the development and industrialization of electronic hardware products.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of electronic hardware solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the design transfer process for new products, collaborating with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Support process development, DFM/DFT strategies, and test systems for manufacturing scalability.
  • Participate in design reviews, FMEAs, and verification/validation activities.
  • Maintain documentation to support regulatory compliance and production readiness.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues during both development and production phases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • 7+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and production ramp-up.
  • Proven success in NPI and working with regulated manufacturing processes.
  • Strong grasp of embedded systems, sensor integration, and analog/digital circuit design.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Altium Designer and hands-on experience with lab test equipment.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
