About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled physiotherapist to join our team as a Senior Physiotherapist in our Musculoskeletal Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services, developing and implementing operational procedures, and contributing to the management of the department.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and treat others with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal triage and pain management.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the management of the department, including staff supervision and professional development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and protocols.

Qualifications
