Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a high-performing team within our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of at least 5 individuals, promoting a culture of excellence and encouraging continuous growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives, working closely with the Business Manager to ensure successful execution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and engaging experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with the Training Team and Education Resources to enhance team members' artistry and product knowledge, driving productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or equivalent role, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Passionate about makeup and skincare, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and mathematical skills, with the ability to work towards and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Positive attitude, with a can-do approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
