Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carrier Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong partnerships with carriers and transportation service providers, ensuring they meet our needs and deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's relationships with carriers and transportation service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and evaluate carrier performance to ensure the success of our global logistics operations.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers and transportation service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in managing carrier relationships for global logistics operations.
  • Certifications: APICS, CSCMP, or other logistics and supply chain certifications.
  • Experience in supervising a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with additional languages an advantage.
  • Great communicator and facilitator comfortable working across organizational boundaries and managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel globally when required up to 20-40%.
