Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing utilities across multiple projects, ensuring seamless delivery of infrastructure works on time and within budget.

As a key member of the project team, you will oversee the implementation of utility management structures and coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate strategic alignment meetings and agreements.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing utilities for assigned projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee the implementation of utility management structures, including coordination with external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment meetings and agreements with external utility asset owners.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective delivery of core bus corridor infrastructure works.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in utilities management, with at least 5 years' experience carrying out utilities management activities across the project lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline.
  • Safepass accreditation desirable.
  • Chartered membership of a relevant professional body desirable.
