Job Description:
As a skilled Forklift Driver at Top Drawer Talent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. We are seeking an experienced professional who holds valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck Licenses to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
Picking and packing orders for dispatch with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain regular communication with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Accurately document inventory using RF Scanners to support data-driven decision-making.
Adhere to company health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position offering Monday to Friday hours and weekly pay. As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate expertise in operating both Counterbalance and Reach Truck with confidence.
Previous warehouse experience and manual handling certificate are essential requirements. Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.

Requirements:
Valid licenses for Reach and Counterbalance forklift operation.
Manual handling certificate desired.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in a warehouse environment with heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
