This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior procurement role, leading the strategic sourcing and procurement function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that drive business growth, improve quality, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of category plans, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.">
  • Manage and execute sourcing projects, utilizing tools such as e-sourcing platforms and RFx processes.">
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate risks.">
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that procurement activities are aligned with business objectives.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as supply chain management, finance, or engineering.">
  • Minimum four years of experience in a strategic procurement role, preferably in a complex supply chain environment.">
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth and improvement.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and colleagues.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP Ariba.">
  • A passion for identifying opportunities and driving positive change, with a continuous improvement mindset.">
