Job Title:

We seek a seasoned Database Architect to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, storage solutions, and infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee data pipeline and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Collaborate with backend application developers on SQL-based projects.
  • Contribute to query design and optimization across the technology stack.
  • Design and build new data integrations & APIs.
  • Address day-to-day data issues, bugs, inquiries, studies, and other projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in database design, data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
  • Background in data pipeline development & ETL/ELT processes.
  • Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • MS SQL is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Perl or willingness to learn.
  • Motivation to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Passion for optimizing complex queries.
  • Interest in AI and its applications through data.
  • System administration skills in Linux are advantageous.
  • Full-stack web development experience, including PHP and React, is beneficial.
  • Legal authorization to work in Ireland and ability to commute to Dublin office.
