In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of caregivers, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained at all times. You will work closely with colleagues, families, and service users to understand their needs and develop effective support plans.

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in Social Care, who has a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting others to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum QQI Level 7-degree in Social Care or a related field
  • At least two years' experience working in a Social Care or related role with children, young people, or adults
  • A full clean manual driver's license
