Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned QA professional to take on a key role in our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product solutions.
  • Develop and implement test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing (functional, regression, and backward compatibility).
  • Lead testing activities on assigned projects/agile squads.
  • Participate in squad leaders' release review calls, highlighting issues, blockers, and risks from a QA perspective.
  • Work with the test automation team to create automated test cases.
  • Track and report issue reports resulting from testing.
  • Analyze impact of issue resolution and re-test fixes.
  • Provide regular test result reporting based on agreed milestones.
  • Address customer support cases and incorporate them into future test cases.
  • Offer feedback to developers and product managers on UX-based testing outcomes.
  • Share knowledge with the QA team on optimizing test methods.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of QA experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with automation (Selenium) is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in creating test cases and identifying test scenarios.
  • Detailed understanding of test planning, test management, and test execution.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the bug life cycle, defect management, tracking, and summarization reports.
  • Expertise in functional, regression, compatibility, and cross-browser testing.
  • Experience with bug tracking and management tools, such as DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
