The primary responsibility of this role is to perform quality checks on English language digital content while listening to music and identify errors reported by various systems and customers based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).

You should have the passion to listen to music and possess strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues related to content editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks on music tracks and albums
  • Identify and report errors in content based on SOPs
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver high-quality results
  • Work with headsets to perform quality checks on music content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Japanese & Korean language
  • Demonstrate language proficiency in verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension
  • Working knowledge of Basic MS Office products and applications
  • Good English language proficiency: verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension
