The Role
Our team is currently seeking a skilled Line Manager to lead and support a department and team of people in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching teams to deliver outstanding results through excellent service, standards, and availability;
- Ensuring all key performance indicators are met or exceeded;
- Making informed decisions every day to support team members in their roles;
- Developing and implementing training plans to enhance colleague capabilities;
- Ensuring accurate completion of processes, routines, and systems within departments;
- Planning seasonal, trade driving, and promotional activities to drive maximum sales, impact, and presentation;
- Maintaining safe and legal routines within departments, addressing identified issues promptly;
- Providing regular coaching and feedback to improve team skills;
- Creating an environment that encourages innovation and personal growth;
- Role-modeling a culture where customers love to shop and colleagues love to work.
