The Managing Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategic vision, leading operational and commercial activities, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven leader to take the business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a clear strategic plan aligned with the company goals and vision.
- Responsibility for the financial & operational performance of the business.
- Drive growth by executing on the strategic plan and identifying new markets and business opportunities.
- Overseeing the implementation of a culture of continuous improvement.
- Operational excellence: overseeing and improving operations to make sure highest standards are met.
- Innovation and technology: making sure the company stays at the forefront of innovation in robotics, automation & AI/software to improve our margins and growth are potential market.
- Supervising sales & marketing: making sure that the brand continues to be built & supporting the consultancy and problem-solving led sales process.
- Stakeholder engagement: maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and industry partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A proven record of leadership at director level
- Significant board experience
- Experience of running P&L at a company or division
- Significant experience with machine building and automation
- Significant technological and engineering knowledge of automation.
- Masters or MBA preferred.
