Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador at our state of the art Porsche facility.


About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with exceptional communication skills to provide a warm, efficient, and personalized experience to our customers and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate a seamless meet & greet process, ensuring both customers and visitors have an exceptional experience in line with our brand expectations.
  • Own the customer journey from arrival to departure, ensuring all departments deal with the customer efficiently.
  • Contribute fully within the team, maintaining a positive and productive environment.
  • Undertake administration tasks and assist with showroom preparation, including merchandise and displays.
  • Support the Centre Management team with ad-hoc administration and maintain professional standards of personal and centre presentation.

  • Excellent reception and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
