Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our expanding team in Cork's Airport Business Park. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting teams with administrative tasks and data entry.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their careers in Accounting and Finance to gain valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced environment. Our team-oriented culture and collaborative approach make it an ideal place for those who thrive in a dynamic setting.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sorting and coding retailer packs
  • Scanning and organizing invoices
  • Matching invoices and recording missing invoices or dockets

No prior experience is necessary; we provide structured training and support to help you succeed in your role. You will need good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word) and strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
