Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing engineering systems, specifically in recipe authoring and configuration. They should possess a strong understanding of process mapping and development, as well as the ability to lead design sessions with SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process mapping and development of existing manufacturing processes and support of MES recipes.
  • Design and configure MBRs from initial to final stages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Automation, Lab Systems, ERP, and Quality groups.
  • Develop and implement technical expertise for ongoing development of the site MES system.
  • Provide training and support for relevant end-users and update SOPs accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience as an MES Engineer in the life sciences industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and solutions for technical issues.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships.
  • Experience integrating MES systems to other systems, such as DCS, SCADA, or ERP, is highly beneficial.
