Job Description

A Project Manager is required to oversee the execution of a large-scale NPI manufacturing project within the API facility onsite. This role will involve creating and developing detailed project plans, planning and overseeing project execution, developing risk management plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop detailed project plans including interdependencies, timelines, and key milestone trackers.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of large-scale NPI manufacturing projects within the API facility onsite.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans for all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk mitigation strategies are integrated into project plans and executed effectively.
  • Regularly communicate identified risks to TT managers and senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Lead PM roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with New Product Introductions (NPIs) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures and practices.
  • Strong competency in organizing and managing complex project activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
