Sous Chef Role Overview

The Sous Chef is a senior culinary position responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or looking to step up to a senior position.
  • Motivate, train, and develop junior team members.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen in the head chef's absence, maintaining high standards.
  • Manage ordering, minimize waste, and improve GP using current systems.

Prior experience in high-end restaurants is desirable.
