Job Title: Data and Analytics Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data and analytics team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects, preferably in the construction and engineering sector.

You will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of clients across Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing team.

  • Client Management: Be the key client contact on major projects and client accounts.
  • Service Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver data-driven solutions in collaboration with clients and other business units to drive insights and performance.
  • Team Management: Develop and inspire your team through commitment and enthusiasm, fostering a culture of service excellence and exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements and provide technical delivery and assurance of projects.
  • Design and develop data-driven solutions to drive insights and performance.
  • Manage and grow the portfolio of clients across Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.
Requirements:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Business acumen and ability to communicate, influence, and drive change.
  • Extensive experience in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Understanding of technology infrastructure and implementation.
