PRL Sales & Marketing is looking for a skilled Business Developer to join our team at PRL Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with line managers, peers, and customers, and have a can-do attitude with good social intelligence.
This role involves developing a deep understanding of the company's portfolio across multiple categories, achieving set sales targets through direct selling in the convenience channel, enhancing the path to purchase through various means, and managing journey plans against call completion targets.
The successful candidate will have a motivated problem solver with a can-do attitude that displays good social intelligence, understands the importance of merchandising, category planning, and planograms, and has the ability to build great working relationships with line managers, peers, and customers.
We offer a competitive package including:
- €27K per annum
- €2,000 bonus

- 20 days holidays per year
To succeed in this role, you should have a full clean driving license, heavy lifting capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
