Laragh House is seeking an experienced Riding Coach to provide expert instruction to our clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum BHS stage 2 with Professional Coach 1 or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Teach children and adults to ride horses safely and effectively.
  2. Plan engaging lessons that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
  3. Maintain the well-being of horses and ensure their health and safety at all times.
  4. Contribute positively to team efforts, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • BHS stage 2 with Professional Coach 1 or equivalent.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Passion for working with people and horses, with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
