Product and Process Engineering Role

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Product and Process Engineer to support local and group projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing engineering changes and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

This role involves coordinating post-launch activities, managing product lifecycle engineering projects (PLE/PLM), and leading cross-functional change projects related to raw materials, products, and production lines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing year-over-year improvements in process efficiency, cost, and product quality. They will also propose and support new manufacturing processes, layouts, or technologies to enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate post-launch activities and manage product lifecycle engineering projects (PLE/PLM)
  • Lead and execute cross-functional change projects related to raw materials, products, and production lines
  • Identify and implement year-over-year improvements in process efficiency, cost, and product quality
  • Propose and support new manufacturing processes, layouts, or technologies to enhance operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 35 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Experience working with engineering documentation, ECOs, and master data
