Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Risk and Control professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading change risk assessments, developing and improving controls that protect our customer and business needs, and managing the risk and control environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change risk assessments and associated risk and control self-assessments
  • Support the development and improvement of controls that protect our customer and business needs
  • Manage the risk and control environment, including risks, controls, issues, incidents, remedial actions, etc.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of risk and control experience, with a strong understanding of operational and conduct risk. You should also have experience with risk governance meetings/committees, collating data, and writing supporting commentary.
