
Site Operations Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and implement project programmes ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors and direct employees on site, promoting a safe working environment.
- Consult with subcontractors regarding project programmes and work schedules.
- E nsure that the highest levels of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards are maintained on site.
- Ensure all necessary resources are available on site when required.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and senior management to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- You hold a Third Level Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- You have strong prior experience in Site Management or Supervisory roles with a building contractor or residential developer.
- You possess strong planning and organisational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You can write and maintain clear and professional documentation.
- You have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and subcontractors.
In return for your expertise, you will work for a highly reputable main contractor with a strong pipeline of work. You will have the option to choose between an hourly rate or salary, depending on your level of experience. Hourly rates can range from €40 per hour, while salaries are in the region of €75,000 to €85,000 + a vehicle or allowances. Discretionary bonuses may also be offered.
