This position entails coordinating with various teams to ensure timely shipments and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Order Fulfillment: Package, document, and track customer orders accurately to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation teams to schedule outbound deliveries.
  • Returns Management (RMA): Process and track return merchandise authorizations efficiently, resolving issues promptly.
  • Shipping Documentation: Prepare essential shipping records, such as bills of lading and shipping labels, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory & Supply Maintenance: Monitor and replenish shipping supplies to support uninterrupted order fulfillment processes.
  • Customer Relations: Provide regular shipment updates, address customer inquiries, and resolve shipping-related issues proactively.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
Key Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is necessary.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in shipping software, ERP systems, and general computer applications are required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to accuracy in all shipping and documentation tasks are crucial.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members and customers.
