We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our finance team in Dublin, Ireland.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gain an understanding of the Investment Oversight function within its broader context.
  • Support cross-functional processes relating to product/investment offerings, queries, and periodic controls.
  • Administrate email and be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Draft marketing material under guidance of teams.
  • Run basic routine controls, automated calculations, and escalate anomalies to the Investment Oversight Controller.
  • Be responsible for the administration of the Corporate Action Process: coordinate all internal stakeholders involved and, where applicable, partners involved.
  • Liaise with other teams to coordinate involvement of the Investment team where it needs to be consulted.
  • Support preparation of documents for committees and workshops.

You will work closely with Asset Managers and Custodians, as well as other functions. As a proactive, communicative, and accurate individual, you will have fluency in English and Italian, self-motivation, strong organisational skills, and experience as an administrator.
