Marketing Transformation Manager Position

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving digital transformation initiatives to support business growth, member engagement, and enhanced customer experience.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation and transformation.

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the organization's strategic plan
  • Create a marketing plan that develops and aligns product offerings with the demographics and needs of target audiences
  • Lead brand strategy to strengthen market visibility and trust among key stakeholders
  • Oversee the design and implementation of multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Collaborate with risk management teams to assess and mitigate risks across all customer engagement channels
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and agree key performance targets in line with strategic and operational business goals.
  • Marketing & Brand: Create a marketing plan that develops and aligns product offerings with the demographics and needs of target audiences.
  • Digital Transformation & Growth: Champion a customer-centric approach to digital innovation, ensuring accessibility, usability, and security.
  • Communications & Customer Experience: Lead internal and external communication strategies to support reputation management and stakeholder trust.
Requirements:
  • Third-level qualification specifically in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within financial services or regulated industries
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
