Job Description

Lark Rock is a dynamic company dedicated to delivering high-quality, A-rated homes. We are seeking a skilled Grounds Worker to join our team and contribute to our exciting expansion phase.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A valid Safe Pass certification.
  2. Manual Handling skills preferred.
  3. At least 3-4 years of experience in residential groundworks.
  4. Familiarity with concrete finishing, pouring, floating, manhole installation, footpath construction, kerbing, and other related tasks is an asset.
  5. Digger and dumper driving experience is a plus.
  6. Ability to work safely and comply with PPE requirements on-site.
  7. Excellent site tidying skills.
  8. Willingness to perform various duties as per the foreman's instructions.
  9. Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
  10. Hardworking and reliable attitude.
  11. Ability to work independently.

We offer a competitive salary of €40k per annum, a company van, and a bonus structure.
