Job Summary: We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Radius Millbrook Court, Bangor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our premises.

Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas (offices, kitchen and rest areas) are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards - this to include weekly and periodic tasks. They will also be expected to use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to health guidelines (COSHH), report immediately any equipment which is faulty, mark as faulty and do not use, and demonstrate flexibility with a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have basic statutory training, including reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
