Business Undergraduates Programme

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Undergraduate. As a member of our business unit, you will contribute to diverse functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Health & Wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting programme development and delivery, including health promotion and occupational health. They will also perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

This is a fixed-term contract position, offering valuable experience and exposure within ESB's diverse business units. The role involves working flexibly within the jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least one anchor day per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to diverse functions with one team that can range from: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Health & Wellbeing.
  • Support programme development and delivery, including health promotion and occupational health.
  • Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Currently pursuing or holding a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Business Administration).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
