Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood and other materials with strong attention to detail, precision and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and install various types of structures and fixtures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
  • Select and procure appropriate materials for each project considering factors such as cost, durability and aesthetics.
  • Accurately measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares or other measuring instruments.
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools including saws, chisels, drills and sanders to complete projects.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction or installation adapting plans as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety protocols.
