Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our team as an In-House Fund Manager Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract management. As a key member of our Legal team, you will provide expert advice and support to our Irish entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance practices for Management Company/AIFM and proprietary Irish funds.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Draft and review complex contracts, including service agreements and vendor contracts.
  • Support business units with legal documentation and implementation of new fund launches.
  • Develop and maintain legal templates and policies to ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Review and implement training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
A qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' post qualification experience is required. You should have a strong background in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract management. Experience working in a similar role in a law firm or in-house legal department is preferred.
