About Us

Mccrae Consulting Engineers is a rapidly expanding consulting engineering practice based in Dundrum Business Park, employing 8 staff members.

This part-time Office Manager position is site-based in our Windy Arbour office, requiring flexibility and a willingness to work within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the senior management team with daily tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the wider Engineering team, including report creation, presentation development, and marketing material support.
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities by coordinating tasks like supply procurement, courier services, expense tracking, and communication with external partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact through reception duties, phone interactions, and email correspondence.
  • Contribute to financial management, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank statement reconciliation.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Sageone is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and perform under pressure.
  • Strong integrity and confidentiality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
