Psychology Professional Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

The Children's Disability Network Teams deliver services to children and families in Dublin, providing intervention to children from 0-18 years with complex developmental needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational psychology and experience working with children with complex needs.

They will be highly skilled and motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with children, parents, and other professionals.

This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for children with complex developmental needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Provide training and support to staff on child development and educational psychology principles
  • Contribute to policy and procedure development related to child development and educational psychology

Key qualifications and skills:

  • Postgraduate degree in educational psychology or a related field
  • Registration with CORU as a psychologist
  • Experience working with children with complex developmental needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
