Job Description
The Manager, Employee Relations plays a critical role in supporting the Global Employee Relations Team and other stakeholders across the region. This position oversees a team of employee relations professionals who provide performance management support to people managers, conduct investigations and grievances, and offer advice on workplace conflict matters.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as the Manager, Employee Relations will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to their team and ensuring alignment with the Global Employee Relations Team's goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, performance development, and coaching, with a passion for identifying root causes and providing actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of employee relations professionals in the region
- Provide performance management support to people managers
- Conduct investigations and grievances
- Offer advice on workplace conflict matters
- Ensure alignment with the Global Employee Relations Team's goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in people leadership, preferably in employee relations or human resources
- Experience in performance development and coaching
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects
- Passion for identifying root causes and providing actionable insights
