
Business Development Representative

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive market growth through effective sales strategies.
- Identify and manage high-potential leads, navigating them through the onboarding process with precision.
- Build a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and steer prospects through the full sales cycle.
- Deliver virtual product demonstrations and provide consultative services to clients seeking tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to route relevant leads and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Work towards achieving quarterly activation targets while supporting wider sales team KPIs.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales or business development (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Confidence in engaging consultative conversations with stakeholders across all levels.
- A genuine passion for technology and fintech solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (virtual demos experience is beneficial).
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, CRMs, or other pipeline management platforms.
