Experienced Quality Professional for Nursing Home Sector

We are seeking an experienced Quality Professional to lead quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives in our Nursing Home Group.
About the Role:- Leverage your expertise in quality assurance, governance, and compliance to advance our quality management systems.
- Develop and implement policies that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with staff to design and deliver training programs that enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Degree in nursing or a related field, with current registration as a Registered Nurse (NMBI).
- Qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement, or clinical governance.
- Full Irish driver's license.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a quality, governance, or compliance role within healthcare.
